| Update on Mr. Kyte, Vickie Thomson's Dad | ||
| Dear Friends:
Thank you so much for praying for my dad's back surgery last week. The surgery itself went very well and so far it looks like it's succeeding. He still doesn't have feeling in his fingers and feet, but the doctor said that would take a while. Please pray that it does come back. Also, he's not bouncing back from the surgery very quickly--after all, he is 80 years old--so please pray that he will recover quickly and completely. Also pray for my mom who is taking care of him, and for my brother and me who are taking turns going back and forth from Los Alamos and Tres Piedras to Portales. | Paul Mendoza is the son of Paul and Francine Mendoza, who recently was deployed to Afghanistan with the Marines. Paul would appreciate your prayers for himself and his fellow soldiers.----Leilani

Thank the people of Crossroads for me It’s so nice to know that those people, even though they hardly know me, pray for me. Must also be because our family has our best player attending (YOU!). Who wouldn’t want to pray for the son of such a wonderful mother…..? Remember to pray for all our service members out here. There are service members here who have it much harder than me, so remember to include them in your prayers. | Silas Laskie | ||
| Eric and Keisha Laskie ask prayer for their six- month-old son, Silas. Silas is showing signs of beginning stages of hydrocephalitus. The doctors do not know what is causing Silas' brain to build up fluid. An appointment is scheduled for 3/11/10 and an MRI and other tests will be done. Pray for healing of Silas. Pray for discernment for the doctors. Pray for peace and patiences for Eric and Keisha, and for good communication with the doctors.
